  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.豆腐,黄瓜切丁,蒜切末
  • 3.准备一个小碗倒入少许清水,加入两茶匙生抽,一茶匙半老抽,一茶匙香醋,一茶匙白糖,四分之一茶匙盐和鸡粉调匀
  • 4.起油锅倒入适量的底油烧至七成热豆腐炸制
  • 5.待豆腐表皮金黄捞出控油备用
  • 6.锅里留少许底油下花椒爆香捞出弃用
  • 7.下蒜末和辣椒段炒香
  • 8.倒入豆腐和调味料大火烧开
  • 9.煮至汤汁浓稠加入黄瓜翻炒均匀
  • 10.用少许生粉调成水欠勾欠即可
