苹果泥海绵蛋糕
这种蛋糕是在蛋糕糊上放上苹果薄片,使用铝箔蛋糕模具烤制而成。烤好完全冷却后,挤入加工好的苹果泥。这里用色拉油代替了黄油,蛋糕的口感像戚风蛋糕一样绵软,非常好吃。

Steps to make 苹果泥海绵蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.参考http://m.meishichina.com/blog/539874/#0-qzone-1-60930-d020d2d2a4e8d1a374a433f59中的1-6步骤,(用2个鸡蛋和40克细砂糖)制作全蛋打发式海绵蛋糕面糊,至用蛋液写“8”具有暂时不会消失的硬度,质地细腻,富有光泽时即可;
  • 3.先将牛奶和色拉油混合均匀,隔水加热,保持温热;在鸡蛋与细砂糖充分打发后,面糊中加入柠檬皮;
  • 4.再加入低筋面粉,翻拌至无粉粒;
  • 5.再加入加热好的牛奶与色拉油翻拌均匀,烤箱170度预热;
  • 6.用圆头汤匙将蛋糕糊舀进铝箔蛋糕模具8分满,上面放上切成薄片的苹果片,放进预热好的170度的烤箱,中层,上下火,烤10分钟;(根据自家烤箱和模具大小适当的调节温度和时间哦,我用的是小号模具);
  • 7.糖煮苹果泥的做法:将3/4个苹果去皮(果皮留下备用),切片后再对切成两半,与苹果皮一起放进微波碗中,加入柠檬汁与细砂糖50克,用微波炉加热10分钟,中间不时的取出搅拌,至苹果成透明状后取出苹果皮,再用搅拌器打成泥;
  • 8.烤靠的蛋糕完全冷却后,用刀尖在蛋糕中央切开小开口;
  • 9.苹果泥放入裱花袋中,在小切口中挤入少许苹果泥;
  • 10.依次做完即可;
