肉酱意面
简单又好吃的肉酱意面。肉酱做的多,还可以当做披萨底酱。

Steps to make 肉酱意面

  • 1.切成小丁的猪肉粒,一碗自制的西红柿酱。洋葱1/3个切小丁,大蒜两个切末,黑胡椒粒,干燥罗勒、牛至适量。
  • 2.炒锅加入少许油,先煸肥肉,再炒瘦肉。
  • 3.肉一变色就加入洋葱,炒出洋葱的香味
  • 4.加入自制的西红柿酱。
  • 5.翻炒均匀,开大火。
  • 6.加入适量的干燥罗勒和牛至,磨一些黑胡椒碎。
  • 7.大火收汁,我加了一些番茄沙司同煮,让汁水更粘稠。
  • 8.加入适量的盐,翻炒均匀。
  • 9.收汁到自己喜欢的浓稠度,关火前加入奶酪粉。
  • 10.锅中加水,下入适量的意面,煮至自己喜欢的口感。
  • 11.捞出意面,利用锅中的水煮些配菜,舀入肉酱拌匀即可食用。也可以当做披萨酱使用。
