美味手抓饼
非常好吃的一款小吃,快来试试吧。可以提前将饼胚做好,冷冻保存,吃的时候直接烙熟就行,不用解冻。早餐有了它太美了,再配上一杯热热的奶,这个冬天的早晨瞬间不那么寒冷了。

Steps to make 美味手抓饼

  • 1.用料
  • 2.沸水沿一边冲入面粉中,用筷子搅拌成絮状
  • 3.凉水沿着另外一边慢慢倒入另外一边的面粉中,搅拌成絮状,用筷子将凉水面团和热水面团搅拌在一起,凉水要慢慢倒,视面粉的吸水情况调整水的用量
  • 4.倒入20g玉米油,也可以放软化的黄油
  • 5.将面团揉光滑,多揉一会,盖保鲜膜静置半个小时左右
  • 6.50g黄油提前软化,也可以用微波炉直接融化,我直接融化了
  • 7.将静置好的面团分成小份,我分了8个,每一份表面抹少许玉米油,这个玉米油不在20g范围中
  • 8.面板上抹少许油防粘,取其中一份面团,用擀面杖擀成薄薄的面片,接近透明状
  • 9.在面片上刷一层黄油
  • 10.撒上适量的盐,我撒的很少,因为我后面还要抹酱
  • 11.像折扇子一样折起来
  • 12.折好的面片稍稍拉长,从一头开始卷起,边抻边卷
  • 13.卷好的饼胚松弛20分钟
  • 14.擀成圆形的饼胚
  • 15.平底锅中放少许油预热一下,将饼胚放入锅中
  • 16.小火烙至两面金黄
  • 17.锅中放少许油,打入一颗鸡蛋
  • 18.将烙好的饼扣在鸡蛋上
  • 19.将鸡蛋煎熟即可,可将鸡蛋提前打散,效果会比较好
  • 20.生菜洗净,火腿切片
  • 21.抹上适量辣酱,我放的老干妈
  • 22.铺上生菜和火腿
