  • 1.吐司片切小丁,放入烤碗备用。
  • 2.两个鸡蛋加入150毫升牛奶和20克白糖搅拌均匀做成蛋奶液。
  • 3.吐司丁放入烤碗,加入四分之三高度蛋奶液,表面分别摆放1香橙片,蔓越莓干2蓝莓3肉松,火腿片4香蕉片,蔓越莓干。
  • 4.将组装好的蛋奶吐司碗放入空气炸锅,卡士空气炸锅一次可以放6个烤碗,我做4个就够家里三口人吃了。
  • 5.温度设定180度,时间设定20分钟。
  • 6.烤好啦,香味儿四溢,出炉撒一些椰蓉,趁热吃,表面的烤吐司酥脆掉渣,底部的蛋奶布丁香甜嫩滑。
