蜜汁樱桃塔

  • 低粉100g
  • 黄油50g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 糖分35g
  • 樱桃肉150g
  • 砂糖20g
  • 80g
  • 蜂蜜10g
  • 玉米淀粉5g

Steps to make 蜜汁樱桃塔

  • 1.樱桃用苏打水浸泡30分钟后冲洗干净
  • 2.去蒂去核后切成小块
  • 3.用20g砂糖腌制1-2小时(腌制的时候可以取准备做塔皮的材料)
  • 4.将腌制出的樱桃汁倒入锅中
  • 5.再加入水、蜂蜜、淀粉,用小火微微煮开
  • 6.一边煮一边搅拌,煮至浓稠半透明状就可,放凉待用
  • 7.黄油切小块放温室软化,加入糖粉
  • 8.用打蛋器搅打均匀(低速将黄油和糖粉打匀即可,不用打发)
  • 9.分3-5次加入蛋液,每次用打蛋器打匀后再加入下一次的蛋液
  • 10.筛入低粉
  • 11.用刮刀拌匀
  • 12.用手揉成光滑的面团
  • 13.接着擀成面皮,用圆形模具刻出圆形面皮
  • 14.将面皮按压在菊花模上
  • 15.用叉子叉一些将面皮按压在菊花模上小孔
  • 16.放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度烤15分钟
  • 17.将烤好的塔皮放凉
  • 18.摆入樱桃肉
  • 19.淋上蜜汁
  • 20.摆上一些薄荷叶做装饰即可
