粽子一直都是南咸北甜,作为北方人,至今也是喜欢甜粽子,糯米的清香加上蜜枣的香甜,是每个孩子都喜欢的味道。
儿时,每到端午,都会有到村庄去卖粽子的,但是不多,尤为珍贵,但是每次有来卖的,母亲都会为我们一人买上一个,自己却舍不得尝一口,看着我们把粽叶都舔的干干净净还一副意犹未尽的样子,母亲笑笑,说:下次我做点给你们尝尝,让你们吃个够。就这样,从未做过粽子的母亲为了我们找人学习了包粽子,第一次我们坐在大锅前等了两小时,结果打开锅盖,一大锅糯米蜜枣粥热腾腾的出锅了,不过,我们还是吃的很开心。母亲是不达目的不罢休的,一次又一次的失败,我们终于吃上了甜糥的蜜枣粽子。
成家后,公公爱吃甜食,端午时想买些粽子,后来一想,干脆自己做好了,于是买来食材,照着母亲当年的做法,没想到一次成功,婆婆赞不绝口,若是母亲在,一定也会夸我。

  • 1.准备好所需材料,糯米清水浸泡12小时,粽叶浸泡2小时
  • 2.取两片泡好的粽叶,两片叶子重叠一小部分,使之变长
  • 3.两片叶子一起,从两片叶子中间折成漏斗状,底下放入一半糯米,再中间放一颗蜜枣
  • 4.最上面再盖上一层糯米,不要太满
  • 5.最后两手捏住两边,把叶子盖过来,盖严,手握紧,不要移动,用丝线绑好即可
  • 6.包好的粽子,一定用丝线缠紧
  • 7.把包好的粽子放入电压力锅中,煮40分钟,待气压排尽后即可捞出
  • 8.成品
