Steps to make 甘纳许夹心饼干,春节的甜蜜美食,味道浓郁,巧克力丝般顺滑。

  • 1.首先取低筋面粉90克、抹茶粉4克、糖粉30克,过筛一下。
  • 2.搅拌均匀备用。
  • 3.室温软化完全的无盐黄油50克切成小块,倒入筛好的粉里面。
  • 4.使劲的用手搓揉面粉和黄油。
  • 5.最后的状态应该是颜色均匀的小颗粒。
  • 6.加入鸡蛋1个。
  • 7.用手或者刮刀揉成团。
  • 8.压扁擀成5毫米厚的薄片,放冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 9.取出冷藏好的面团。
  • 10.用模具切出形状,放入烤盘。
  • 11.切完的后继续揉成面团可以再次使用,如果面团太软的话,放冰箱继续冷藏一会,让其变硬后更好操作。
  • 12.烤箱160℃提前预热,烤12-15分钟,关火后再闷10分钟,取出放凉备用。
  • 13.顺便做一份可可饼干和红丝绒饼干。抹茶粉换成可可粉15克、即可做可可饼干。
  • 14.抹茶粉换成红丝绒液4克、即可做红丝绒饼干。
  • 15.取巧克力30克切成小颗粒,这样可以更快的融化。
  • 16.加入淡奶油15克,隔热水融化至无颗粒丝滑状态。
  • 17.装入裱花袋备用。
  • 18.把甘纳许馅料挤在饼干上。
  • 19.两片饼干夹紧,表面撒一点甘纳许做装饰。
