巧克力奶油爆米花
这个做爆米花的玉米在菜市场粮油店都有的买,一粒粒的,饱满而坚硬,应该是原生态的玉米没有经过加工的。自制的爆米花味道非常棒,比过外面买的爆好的爆米花,香香脆脆,非常好吃。女儿说以后就不用买吉利火星了。呵呵。

    Steps to make 巧克力奶油爆米花

    • 1.市场上买好专门做爆米花的玉米粒,洗净沥干水分。
    • 2.巧克力若干。巧克力可以按自己的喜好增减。也可以撒咖啡粉,做成咖啡味的,或者加果珍,呵呵,口味多变。
    • 3.巧克力隔水化开。
    • 4.平底锅预热加黄油一小块。
    • 5.小火将黄油烧热后, 将玉米粒倒入锅中,保持小火翻炒。
    • 6.一直保持小火翻炒玉米粒,玉米粒受热均匀,冒起细小泡泡,并能闻到玉米的香味。
    • 7.当玉米香味更明显时,这时, 锅里开始有一两粒玉米爆开花。
    • 8.这时赶紧盖上盖子,哈哈,不然花儿满天飞啦。
    • 9.当爆开的声音没有时,表示爆米花已经做好了。这时趁热将白砂糖和融化的巧克力倒入锅中快速的拌匀,即可。
