    • 1.原料。
    • 2.凉油放入花生米,小火炸制。
    • 3.炸至花生米颜色微红时捞出放凉。
    • 4.洋葱,胡萝卜,黄瓜切丁。
    • 5.碗里放入3汤匙老陈醋,1汤匙白糖,1汤匙生抽,少许盐。
    • 6.把炸花生米的油倒出,倒入碗汁煮开后倒出晾凉。
    • 7.把晾凉的炸花生米和碗汁混合,放入洋葱,黄瓜,胡萝卜丁拌匀即可。
