Steps to make 酸奶椰蓉面包

  • 1.高粉、酵母、盐、鸡蛋一个、白糖30克、酸奶放入面包机,揉面30分钟。
  • 2.面团揉至扩展。
  • 3.放入20克黄油,揉匀后等待发酵。
  • 4.30克黄油隔水融化后放入20克白糖、一个鸡蛋、椰蓉拌匀。
  • 5.面团发到2.5倍大。
  • 6.面团排气后分成4份儿。
  • 7.擀开抹椰蓉馅。
  • 8.卷起。
  • 9.从中间纵向切开后卷起。
  • 10.摆入烤盘,表面刷蛋黄液。
  • 11.将烤盘放入烤箱中层,烤箱底部放一盘开水,等待发酵。
  • 12.面包坯再次发到1.5倍大,取出装有开水的盘子。175度,上下火烤20分钟。中间表面如果上色太深,可以加盖锡纸,防止烤糊。
  • 13.烤好的酸奶椰蓉面包。
