  • 1.鸭子切块,姜切片,酸菜切条;用的是嫩肉的鸭子;
  • 2.开锅下适量生油,倒入酸菜不断翻炒,期间加入3小勺白糖;炒5分钟左右就可以盛起来备用;
  • 3.开锅下适量生油,放姜片爆香;倒入鸭块翻炒几下,加入少量米酒,继续翻炒直到变白;
  • 4.加入适量的酱油、盐和少量白糖调味并翻炒均匀;然后加入倒入适量的清水,大概和鸭块平面;盖上锅盖焖煮15分钟;
  • 5.把一小勺淀粉放入碗中,加入小半碗清水搅拌均匀,倒入锅中;翻炒直到汁液变稠;
  • 6.倒入酸菜,不断翻炒3-5分钟;
  • 7.完成。
