假期去钓场钓鱼,收获颇丰。今天选几条小可爱烹饪一下,尝尝鲜。鱼儿有大有小的,又到了考验我的厨艺的时刻了!今天准备做一桌全鱼宴,煎炒烹炸煮样样俱全,选择其中一道我最喜欢的糖醋鱼分享给大家!

Steps to make 糖醋鱼

  • 1.新鲜的鱼儿宰杀一下,去鳞去内脏后清洗干净,加入一勺料酒,一勺生抽,半勺老抽,适量食盐和姜片腌制一下。
  • 2.腌制好的鱼上均匀的撒上干面粉。
  • 3.放入锅中去慢慢煎炸。
  • 4.煎至两面金黄定型。
  • 5.盛出放入盘中备用。
  • 6.切适量葱姜蒜末。
  • 7.2勺陈醋,2勺白糖,一勺生抽,一勺食盐,半勺老抽,适量葱姜蒜末调一碗料汁。
  • 8.准备几片生姜,2个八角,几个干辣椒,15粒花椒,三片香叶,适量葱蒜。
  • 9.一块红辣椒切丁备用。
  • 10.一根火腿肠切小丁。
  • 11.一把青豆清洗干净。
  • 12.锅中烧油,加入各种调料爆香。
  • 13.加入调好的料汁。
  • 14.加入适量清水烧开后盛出一碗备用。
  • 15.加入炸好的鱼中火炖煮15—20分钟后盛出。
  • 16.锅中放少许食用油,加入红椒,青豆和火腿丁。
  • 17.加入之前盛出的汤汁,少许水淀粉勾芡。
  • 18.均匀的淋在炖好的鱼上,美味完成。
