酸辣藕带
每到夏季,我们就能看懂池塘里开满了荷叶荷花,那颜色煞是好看,莲子具有清心润肺,美容养颜的功效,而到了秋天,也就是收获的季节了,我们可以吃到清甜脆口的荷藕。荷藕有很多种做法,我们可以煮着吃,炒着吃,也可以凉拌着吃。不论是哪种吃法,味道都是很赞的哦。不过藕我们知道,但是什么叫藕带呢?
藕带又叫做藕心菜,是莲的一部分,准确的来说,其实就是偶发育时候所需要的根茎部分。如果没有了藕带,那么我们也吃不到藕了。这种藕带一般是用来来年发育时需要用到的,但是这种藕带也是可以用来做菜的。湖北人最喜欢食用藕带。
食用方法:
炒、拌、煎、蒸、炸、熘、生吃皆可。既可作主料,又可作配料,荤素皆宜。最为有名的是清炒藕带和酸辣藕带这两道菜,但不管怎么吃,味道都是绝佳的。

Steps to make 酸辣藕带

  • 1.藕带清洗干净,用刀斜着切,(我为了节约时间,没切)放清水里泡着,这样它不会变黑。
  • 2.青椒切丝后,油锅烧开,和大蒜颗粒一起放进去,爆炒直到变色。
  • 3.放进藕带继续爆炒,直到藕带稍许变色,放进陈醋,盐,胡椒,剁椒,继续大火爆炒,我还颠了锅,可惜没拍下来。
  • 4.颠锅直到味道出来,颜色好看了,就可以盛盘了。
