博客歇了不少时间,放暑假到现在,总觉得小孩在家做不了多少事,其实还是自己不太会安排时间,每天会上来看一会,但还没发菜就又要做饭了,倒是菜和点心做了不少,慢慢整理发上来,这款曲奇饼干是前几天和女儿一起做的,炎热的夏天,我们下午躲在空调房里享受下午茶时光。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 可可粉25克

Steps to make 可可曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化。
  • 2.用电动打蛋器稍打散。
  • 3.加入糖粉打至蓬松发白状态。
  • 4.分次加入蛋液搅打均匀。
  • 5.加入过筛的低粉和可可粉。
  • 6.用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 7.裱花嘴装入裱花袋里装上面糊,在铺好油纸的烤盘上挤出曲奇坯。
  • 8.烤箱预热180度,170度烤15分钟左右。
  • 9.取出摊凉,密封保存,随吃随取。
