Steps to make 香菇披萨

  • 1.把锅里烧热,加入橄榄油,放入豌豆,洋葱,香菇,黄瓜丁,黑胡椒粉,盐少许炒匀即可关火。
  • 2.把面粉和酵母粉和成软一些的面团,静置发酵。
  • 3.把学厨披萨盘洗净擦干,把面团擀开铺到披萨盘里,用吃饭的叉子扎一下,防止面饼鼓起,先放到烤箱里200度烤5分钟拿出。
  • 4.把披萨饼上抹上番茄酱,番茄酱可以多放一些,我家孩子喜欢吃番茄酱,所以放的比较多。
  • 5.把炒好的蔬菜均匀的铺上,再放上马里苏拉奶酪,入烤箱上下火200度烤制10分钟。
  • 6.烤好的披萨,拿出。
  • 7.切块即成。
  • 8.成品。
