Steps to make 土豆烧鸡

  • 1.将土豆洗净去皮切块,胡萝卜、洋葱洗净切块。
  • 2.炒锅加少许油炒香蒜瓣生姜。
  • 3.鸡肉切块倒入锅中翻炒均匀,小火慢炒,倒入料酒去去腥味,待鸡肉炒至金黄,此时锅中也析出一些鸡肉的油脂。
  • 4.在锅中拨开一个位置,倒入土豆、胡萝卜和洋葱,将土豆、胡萝卜煸熟。
  • 5.最后加入生抽、老抽、少许食盐调味即可。
