酸萝卜和荤腥搭配,还能解腻,除油荤。因此,不怎么爱喝汤的我,确独独爱酸萝卜汤。
今天这道《酸萝卜腊鸭绿豆煲》,和以往略有不同,放了绿豆一起煲,绿豆炖得粉烂粉烂的,融合了酸萝卜的味道,吃起来别有一番风味。

Steps to make 酸萝卜腊鸭绿豆煲

  • 1.腊鸭用淘米水浸泡片刻,洗净,斩块;如果腊鸭较咸,浸泡的时间可稍微长一点;
  • 2.绿豆淘洗干净后,用清水浸泡2-4小时;
  • 3.汤锅里放入酸萝卜;酸萝卜在超市、菜市场都有出售;
  • 4.放入浸泡过的绿豆;
  • 5.放入腊鸭块;
  • 6.倒入清水,水量没过食物3cm,喜欢喝汤的筒子可以多放点清水,水量一次性加足;
  • 7.大火烧开,转中小火,炖至食物熟透即可;
  • 8.食用时,可酌量调入食盐。
