  • 小葱1棵
  • 花生油1勺
  • 白糖半小勺
  • 老抽四分之一勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 半茶匙

Steps to make 黄花菜烧五花肉

  • 1.干黄花菜泡几分钟,清洗干净,沥水待用。
  • 2.五花肉切小块。
  • 3.热锅放油烧热,放姜片和白糖煸炒。
  • 4.糖溶化后下五花肉翻炒出油。若油多的话可清出一部分。
  • 5.放生抽和老抽翻炒几分钟上色。
  • 6.大火烧七八分钟后放入黄花菜。
  • 7.再一次烧开后转小火约15分钟汤汁减少至三分之一,出锅前大火稍微收下汁。装盘后用撒点小葱末。
