新的电饼铛到位了,赶上周末,做个水煎包试试。

Details of ingredients

  • 面粉300克
  • 温水170克
  • 生抽1茶勺
  • 香油1茶勺
  • 半茶勺
  • 洋葱半个
  • 植物油1茶勺
  • 香葱1根
  • 酵母3克
  • 蚝油1茶勺
  • 料酒半茶勺
  • 包子饺子调料1茶勺
  • 鸡精1茶勺
  • 猪肉300克
  • 黑芝麻半茶勺

Steps to make 水煎包

  • 1.酵母溶于温水中,静置5分钟待用
  • 2.面粉加入酵母水揉成面团,和成光滑的面团,放在温暖处发酵(我把面放在了下面放有温水的蒸屉帘上,40分钟就发酵好了)
  • 3.猪肉、黑芝麻、洋葱备好
  • 4.肉切碎,放入葱、生抽、香油、包子饺子调料、料酒、鸡精、食盐、蚝油、植物油,朝一个方向搅拌均匀
  • 5.,放入洋葱碎再次搅拌均匀
  • 6.发酵好的面团揉好排气
  • 7.分成均匀的剂子
  • 8.包入馅料,包好包子
  • 9.电饼铛刷少许油,加热后,放入包子,小火煎几分钟,加热至包子底部黄脆
  • 10.再加入适量水,加盖子,小火加热至汤干
  • 11.撒入葱花和黑芝麻,再焖1分钟即可
