自制糖蒜
在我们家这儿,这个季节有大量的新鲜的蒜上市了,这可是腌制糖蒜最好的原材料哦!
鲜嫩的大蒜,经过糖与白醋的腌制,没有了蒜的辛辣。
我非常喜欢吃糖蒜,甜甜脆脆的很是爽口,解腻呢!

  • 新鲜大蒜1000克
  • 白醋750克
  • 白糖750克
  • 食盐20克

Steps to make 自制糖蒜

  • 1.将买回来的新鲜的大蒜剥去最外的皮,使大蒜还是整个的状态,放在容器里,撒上食盐腌制3个小时或以上;
  • 2.将腌好的大蒜泡在清水里,浸泡半天,期间多次更换浸泡的清水;
  • 3.将浸泡的大蒜捞出,放在蒸屉上控干水分(一定要控干净水分);
  • 4.将大蒜码放在瓷坛内,倒入白糖与白醋按照1:1的比例调制的糖醋汁,要没过大蒜;
  • 5.在大蒜上盖上一个碟子,将大蒜压下完全浸泡在糖醋汁里,腌制时间要在3个月以上;腌制时间越久越好吃呢。
  • 6.腌好的糖蒜,糖醋汁完全浸透。
