  • 1.杨梅洗净放入奶锅中,加水煮开。煮到颜色足够红即可!
  • 2.倒出杨梅水500ml,按比例加入冰粉,应该放8克,手一抖,放了12克。
  • 3.放入冰箱冷藏凝固。凝固后的冰粉切块。
  • 4.小汤圆煮熟。
  • 5.冰粉加点剩余的杨梅水,煮过的杨梅,小汤圆(煮好后过冷水)。
  • 6.桂花酱调味组装即可。
