可食用的山楂花
最近买了不少山楂,做了山楂卷、仙客来花、山楂馅、今又做了山楂花颜色美观,薄厚均匀,及山楂卷,饭后食用有助于消化。

Steps to make 可食用的山楂花

  • 1.将山楂反复洗净,入锅煮3至5分钟晾凉后轻松能去蒂、去底部,再去除山楂核,山楂处理好放入料理机中,加入适量的水搅打成泥状。
  • 2.山楂泥过细筛后,放入锅中反复不停的搅拌,加入适量白糖与1个柠檬汁继续搅拌。
  • 3.水份越来越少,比较粘稠,熬制刮板提取山渣泥呈倒角且下滴落为止。
  • 4.将山楂泥晾凉后用此刮板,涂抹后面案上(我家面案是不锈钢的)晾至一天后。
  • 5.山楂皮薄厚制作的非常均匀,裁剪成长片状。
  • 6.再裁一下所需尺寸,亮的地方拍照的颜色更美。
  • 7.双成的。
  • 8.剪成齿状。
  • 9.又侧卷起用牙签固定底部,一朵颜色红艳漂亮,且可食用的小红花呈现在你眼前。
  • 10.双做了两朵,既可欣赏又可食用,3朵山楂可做下午茶食用呦!
  • 11.又做了山楂卷果丹皮(无色素添加),尽可放心食用。
