我们家只负责吃和食评的小熊,三天两头啷啷着说怎么今天又是吃稀饭--!因为早上想睡懒觉,时间不是太充裕,我一般都是摊个饼,稀饭用电饭煲晚上就预约好,随便吃吃就算了;对于上班族来说早餐自己做的话,有些材料还是可以头天晚上准备好,第二天早上起来做的,比如这碗油泼面.

Steps to make 油泼扯面

  • 1.将面粉倒入和面的容器中,放入1茶匙细盐,盐和面粉调匀;
  • 2.和面,水杯一点一点倒,边倒边用筷子调,不要太稀了哦;
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团,面团不粘手就可以,然后盖上保鲜膜殇15-20分钟左右;
  • 4.面团殇好后,在案板上搓成长条,用刀切成一段一段小剂子;
  • 5.小剂子用擀面杖擀成如图长条面片,再在面片两面刷上色拉油;
  • 6.接下来拿根筷子在刷好油的面片中间压一条痕,再就是两手拿着面片的两端往外撑拉,这步动作要慢,太用力会容易使面条撑断;(由于没人帮我拍照,这步没有图片了)
  • 7.撑薄之后你会发现刚才用筷子压了的中间那一条薄如纸,这时就从这条道上把面扯开,一条就变成两条面条了,两头可以不要扯断;
  • 8.水滚开下面条,面条浮起时表示已经孰了,捞起用漏勺沥干水,依次入生抽、盐、黄瓜丝、蒜泥、葱花、细辣椒粉;
  • 9.坐锅热油至8分熟,将油泼在辣椒粉上,拌匀即可开吃;
