Steps to make 肉夹馍

  • 1.面粉中加少许盐、水搅拌均匀,调成絮状。
  • 2.揉好面,等待发酵至两倍大。
  • 3.发酵完后,搓成长条,切成等份的小剂子。
  • 4.把剂子搓成中间粗两头尖的形状。
  • 5.从一头卷起收口朝下压扁,擀成饼状。
  • 6.不用刷油,直接下锅煎至两面金黄,按压小饼迅速回弹就可以出锅了。
  • 7.用刀把馍从中间切开不切断。
  • 8.将恒一红烧肉剁碎夹到馍里面(恒一红烧肉,省去制作红烧肉的步骤)。
  • 9.加一点青椒,再加一点汤汁。
