香菜红油云丝
云丝就是干豆腐丝,开胃下饭凉菜。

Steps to make 香菜红油云丝

  • 1.干云丝先用温水泡15分钟左右,把大蒜拍碎 香菜切段 香葱切葱花备用。
  • 2.起锅烧水、水开把泡过的云丝到进去煮2-3分钟左右 ,一边煮一边用筷子搅拌均匀。然后倒出来用冷水冲凉,水分控干捞出来放大碗面。
  • 3.加入大蒜 少许盐 鸡精味精 生抽 陈醋 香油。
  • 4.淋上辣椒油戴上手套用手抓拌均匀。
  • 5.再把香菜香葱撒进去拌匀。
  • 6.装盘即可食用。
