茶冻菠萝汁
这是一款原汁果汁,虽然直接喝非常好喝,但爱折腾的人,总要搞点花样。让我们搭配花茶做个茶冻果汁吧,不喜欢茶叶味道的可以做奶冻,茶冻和奶冻的做法差不多,都是200克液体加10克白凉粉,煮化冷却凝结成冻即可。

Steps to make 茶冻菠萝汁

  • 1.准备好食材,如果只做茶冻,牛奶可不用。
  • 2.5克雪菊(或其他茶叶如红茶)放入茶壶,冲入滚烫的开水,盖上盖子泡20分钟。
  • 3.取200毫升茶汤,加入10克白凉粉,搅拌均匀。牛奶也是200毫升+10克白凉粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.倒入小奶锅,煮沸 。牛奶煮到锅边冒小泡即可。煮时不停搅拌。
  • 5.倒入垫了保鲜膜的方形容器中晾凉后冷藏1小时左右。其实白凉粉常温下就能凝结,放冰箱是为了凉爽。牛奶若有奶皮请揭掉。
  • 6.切成大小均等的方块,茶冻块就做好了。
  • 7.茶冻放入喜欢的杯子,倒入菠萝汁或其他果汁。
  • 8.奶冻用法相同。
