  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.蒜头去皮,苦瓜切去两头、再对半切开,然后用勺子刮去内瓤。

  • 9.锅热倒油,下入葱、蒜和干辣椒爆香。
  • 10.放入苦瓜和藕片,大火翻炒。
  • 11.然后加入少许的食盐,翻炒均匀,即可出锅。
