糖醋带鱼
吃惯了红烧,今天来个酸甜口的糖醋味,味道也是棒棒的!

  • 带鱼2条
  • 玉米淀粉2勺
  • 3片
  • 干辣椒2个
  • 料酒2勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 白糖3勺
  • 陈醋4勺
  • 少许

Steps to make 糖醋带鱼

  • 1.带鱼处理干净,洗净控水备用。
  • 2.找个锋利一点的刀,均匀的划上刀口。
  • 3.正反两面均匀的裹上一层淀粉,多余的轻轻抖掉。
  • 4.起锅烧油,七成油温下锅小火慢煎。
  • 5.煎好一面煎另外一面,两面都煎至金黄。
  • 6.糖醋汁:2勺料酒,2勺生抽,3勺糖,4勺醋,5勺清水,少许的盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.另起锅,下入少许油,加入葱,姜炒出香味。
  • 8.倒入调好的糖醋汁煮开。
  • 9.下入煎好的带鱼,加入两个干辣椒段,烧开转小火烧两分钟。
  • 10.大火收汁即可。
  • 11.起锅装盘,撒上葱花。
