木糖醇蛋糕
老爸属马,又是个糖友,所以蛋糕里的糖我都换成木糖醇了。我老爸喜欢集邮,所以特意做了邮票形状的蛋糕给他哦!

  • 低筋面粉58g
  • 蛋黄5个
  • 木糖醇54g
  • 蛋白4个
  • 黄油12g
  • 牛奶29g
  • 淡奶油300g
  • 木糖醇20g
  • 黑巧克力转印马1个
  • 猕猴桃1个

Steps to make 木糖醇蛋糕

  • 1.盆里放入蛋黄5个
  • 2.老爸是个糖友,所以用了木糖醇,加入木糖醇30克
  • 3.用打蛋器打至颜色略微发白
  • 4.另一盆里放入蛋白4个,蛋白分三次加入木糖醇54克
  • 5.打至湿性发泡
  • 6.将1/3打发好的蛋白霜加入蛋黄中,用刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 7.加入过筛后的低筋面粉翻拌均匀
  • 8.倒回到剩下的蛋白霜
  • 9.继续翻拌均匀
  • 10.牛奶和黄油加热至70度加入到面糊中
  • 11.拌至面糊呈现光泽即可
  • 12.将面糊倒入铺了烘焙纸的烤盘中,轻震几下震出大气泡
  • 13.放入预热180度烤箱, 烘烤13分钟,取出
  • 14.冷却后,把蛋糕四周切整齐,按图片分成4份
  • 15.淡奶油加木糖醇打发,打发到有明显纹路。先取一块蛋糕片抹上奶油加点猕猴桃颗粒
  • 16.再加2片小的蛋糕片,重复上面步骤,直到加最后一片蛋糕片
  • 17.给蛋糕四周均匀抹上奶油
  • 18.提前做好的转印图
  • 19.把巧克力转印放在蛋糕上,用裱花嘴裱上下花边
  • 20.再用巧克力花条曲线,填满巧克力曲线,做成邮票的锯齿边,大功告成
