Steps to make 萝卜丝酥

  • 1.先把白萝卜洗净。
  • 2.刮去外皮。
  • 3.切成细丝。
  • 4.锅里放水烧开,放入萝卜丝焯一下。
  • 5.盛出来过凉水。
  • 6.用手挤去水分,葱切细末放入萝卜中。
  • 7.放入盐、胡椒粉、味精、香油调匀备用。
  • 8.面粉倒入面板上扒个坑,倒入油。
  • 9.和成油酥面团。
  • 10.把两种面都揪成均匀大小的剂子。
  • 11.把油酥包到冷水面团里。
  • 12.擀成薄片,从内测卷起来。
  • 13.再次擀开卷起来。
  • 14.擀成薄皮,放入萝卜丝馅。
  • 15.包起来收口向下。
  • 16.烤箱200度加热5分钟,放入烤箱20分钟即熟。
  • 17.取出来稍晾。
  • 18.放入盘中即可。端上桌,外皮酥脆的萝卜丝饼就可以开吃咯~
