Steps to make 星空梦幻果冻

  • 1.用开水泡一壶蝶豆花,颜色深蓝为佳,用来调制神色浅色两层。
  • 2.制作第一层,碗中加入细砂糖、吉利丁粉,糖可根据自己的口味调整,倒入200ml深蝶豆花开水,搅拌至吉利丁粉完全融化。
  • 3.将深蝶豆花溶液倒入模具中,放冰箱冷藏约1小时,观察,凝固成果冻可以制作第二层。
  • 4.制作第二层,碗中加入一点深色蝶豆花水、细砂糖、吉利丁粉,倒入200ml深蝶豆花开水,搅拌至吉利丁粉完全融化,冷却至室温。
  • 5.把第一层从冰箱取出,轻轻将已冷却成室温的浅色蝶豆花水倒入模具中,放冰箱冷藏约1小时。
  • 6.制作第三层,碗中加入细砂糖、吉利丁粉,煮开的牛奶,搅拌至吉利丁粉完全融化,冷却至室温。
  • 7.轻轻将倒入模具中,放冰箱冷藏约30分钟。
  • 8.制作最后一层豆沙层,先将吉利丁粉和开水搅拌完全融化。
  • 9.碗内放入豆沙,分少量多次的倒入水,每次都将豆沙和水完全搅拌至融合,轻轻倒入模具中。
  • 10.四层果冻都成型后取出,室温放置3-5min。
  • 11.倒入盘中,敷热毛巾脱模。
  • 12.切成小块摆盘,撒上食用星星闪片和食用金箔装饰。
