自制辣椒油
天气一天比一天热起来了,一直想自己动手,做一碗香香的辣椒油,拌面啊,做个凉拌菜,崴上一勺辣椒油,用起来省事,吃起来过瘾,红红的辣椒油,看着就有食欲,想试试的朋友们,也动手DIY一下吧

  • 干辣椒碎50g
  • 白芝麻50g
  • 熟花生碎100g
  • 花椒1小勺
  • 八角2个
  • 香叶3片

Steps to make 自制辣椒油

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.花生泡水,把皮包了,锅中放适量油烧5成热,下花生,小火慢炸,微黄捞出晾凉备用。
  • 3.炸好的花生豆放保鲜膜里扎口,用擀面杖擀碎。
  • 4.干辣椒碎里放一小勺盐。
  • 5.辣椒碎里加入适量的清水,水不要太多,辣椒碎感到湿润即可,把辣椒碎和水拌匀即可。
  • 6.葱姜切丝,大蒜切片备用。
  • 7.锅中放油,5成热即可,改小火,放入花椒、八角、香叶片,小火炸2~3分钟捞出。
  • 8.再放入葱姜蒜炸2~3分钟。
  • 9.炸到葱姜蒜都微黄了捞出。
  • 10.放入芝麻和花生,炸2~3分钟。
  • 11.倒入辣椒碎,用小火熬制水份蒸发即可,稍凉后放入鸡精。
  • 12.熬制好的辣椒油,好香啊。
