自制山楂罐头
首次试做山楂罐头,只有三种材料,取之天然,无任何添加剂,食用方便、软糯且酸甜可口。

Steps to make 自制山楂罐头

  • 1.将山楂反复洗净,买的山楂一般、不太大,颜色也不太红。
  • 2.用去掉两头,冲洗干净。
  • 3.加入适量的纯净水烧开,将山楂放入锅中煮制5分钟倒出。
  • 4.将煮山楂的原汁倒入锅中,加入白糖及冰糖烧开。
  • 5.煮至糖水稍粘稠。
  • 6.再次倒入煮过的山楂,再煮3分钟。
  • 7.煮至此状态息火,时间一长就煮碎了。
  • 8.瓶子是洗净后,又用开水烫过控干的,将山楂果晾凉后装入瓶中,再倒入糖汁。
  • 9.放入一夜后,第二天就可以吃了。
  • 10.自制山楂罐头无任何添加剂,干净卫生、酸甜适口、软糯甜香(放入冰箱冷藏,因无添加剂应尽快食用)。
  • 11.白糖与冰糖(前步骤忘了)。
