黑米是黑稻加工产品,属于粳米类,是由禾本科植物稻经长期培育形成的一类特色品种,黑米稻粒外观长椭圆形,稻壳灰褐色,粒型有籼、粳两种,黑米是非糯性稻米。
黑米呈黑色或黑褐色,营养丰富,食、药用价值高,除煮粥外还可以制作各种营养食品和酿酒,素有“黑珍珠”和“世界米中之王”的美誉。

Steps to make 黑米饭

  • 1.准备黑、白二米各一杯
  • 2.黑白二米淘洗干净,放入电压力锅中,黑米不用提前浸泡,加入的水要比平时做白米饭的多一点
  • 3.用压力锅的米饭功能,选择米饭功能后默认的压力在3档,自己调整压力至4档,这样做出的黑米饭柔软有韧性
  • 4.等到压力锅烹饪结束,压力阀回位以后,不要开盖,放在锅里焖一个小时左右,做好的黑米饭和长时间浸泡的效果一样好
  • 5.用一个小碗扣出米饭,蓝莓奶酪在盘子上装饰一下即可
