Steps to make 清爽不油腻-------双耳排骨汤

  • 1.所有食材准备好。
  • 2.排骨用流水冲洗掉血水,放汤锅中大火煮开。
  • 3.焯好的排骨放水中洗净沥干水分,备用。
  • 4.锅内重新加水,放2片姜片,将洗好的排骨放入锅中煮,大火烧开,中火慢炖1个半小时。
  • 5.期间,滴入几滴白醋。
  • 6.汤开后,将泡发好的银耳摘去黄色根蒂,和黑木耳撕成小朵,一起加入排骨汤中同煮。
  • 7.一个半小时后,将洗净的枸杞和蜜枣,放入汤锅中再炖煮20分钟。
  • 8.最后,加入适量的盐,滴几滴麻油,撒上葱花,即可关火装盘。
