Steps to make 萝卜丝鱼汤

  • 1.罗非鱼一条处理好清洗干净,斩成大块。
  • 2.放入碗中,加料酒、胡椒粉、少许盐抓匀腌制15分钟。
  • 3.白萝卜半个切成丝。
  • 4.姜切片、香菜切段备用。
  • 5.将鱼块放入锅内煎至微黄色,再将多余的油倒出。
  • 6.往锅内一次性加适量开水,放入姜片。
  • 7.煮沸后上盖,大火煮五分钟再转小火十分钟,直至汤色变浓。
  • 8.再加入萝卜丝小火煮五分钟。
  • 9.最后调入盐和鸡精,放入香菜段。
  • 10.成品图。
