自制美味蛋饺
刚刚入冬,就着急的想着要做蛋饺,或蒸或炖,都美味,热乎乎的吃的好舒服,自己做的最放心,最营养

  • 猪肉200克
  • 鸡蛋10个左右
  • 2茶匙
  • 蚝油2汤匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 生抽1汤匙

Steps to make 自制美味蛋饺

  • 1.猪肉洗净切片,准备绞肉
  • 2.绞完的肉末
  • 3.所有佐料入肉馅中
  • 4.筷子朝一个方向搅匀,入冰箱一小时左右,可让肉末充分吸收调料,更入味
  • 5.鸡蛋打散
  • 6.并加入约5汤匙的水淀粉,水淀粉的加入可使蛋饺皮不易破
  • 7.平底锅抹少许油,倒入蛋液,快凝固的时候放入肉馅
  • 8.然后将蛋皮叠过来,如图所示
  • 9.双面都煎一会,即可,吃的时候还要再加工,现在只是半成品
