    Steps to make 焦香烤排骨土豆

    • 1.材料:土豆。
    • 2.材料:排骨,将用清水泡尽血水后用盐、料酒、酱油腌制6小时以上。
    • 3.酱油2大勺,把麦芽糖1勺调成一小碗汁备用。
    • 4.将土豆切片用胡椒粉、油拌匀。
    • 5.烤盘铺锡纸将土豆铺在上面。
    • 6.然后铺上排骨。
    • 7.烤箱200度提前预热,将烤盘放入,上下火烤30分钟。
    • 8.中途分2次取出刷上调好的酱油麦芽糖汁。
    • 9.直至烤熟即可。
