家里有用不完的淡奶油,淡奶油打开口就放不了几天,怕用不完浪费,制作冰激凌是很不错的选择,因为孩子吃,没有放蛋黄牛奶液,直接用淡奶油打发,加入糖或者炼乳,配上自己喜欢的蔓越莓,也可以放奥利奥碎,水果丁,酸奶等等,成品没有冰渣,比较顺滑,奶味很浓郁。

  • 1.淡奶油蔓越莓冰激凌,冰凉解暑,奶味浓郁。
  • 2.准备淡奶油400毫升,炼乳40-80克,蔓越莓干适量。
  • 3.淡奶油倒入无油无水的深盆中,加入适量的炼乳。
  • 4.打蛋器中速打发,打好的奶油很细腻顺滑,提起打蛋器,有小尖勾。
  • 5.蔓越莓干切碎放在奶油里混合均匀。
  • 6.准备一个保鲜盒,把奶油放进去,压平,盖上盖子,冰箱冷冻6个小时。
  • 7.吃的时候提前拿出来放一会,就可以刮出来细腻的奶油冰激凌了。
