Steps to make 苏格兰炸蛋

  • 1.猪肉粒加盐、鸡精、料酒、胡椒粉调味,腌制15分钟
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋放锅里煮两分钟(不用完全煮熟)
  • 3.鹌鹑蛋剥皮(这是一项艰巨的工程,因为鹌鹑蛋没有完全熟,太用力容易坏掉)
  • 4.剥好皮的鹌鹑蛋裹上一层猪肉泥,然后用调羹压一压,造型
  • 5.接着裹上一层炸粉
  • 6.鸡蛋和适量的炸粉搅拌成鸡蛋糊,把第五步的苏格兰蛋放进蛋糊里滚一圈
  • 7.下油锅炸,炸到两面金黄捞起来
  • 8.做好的苏格兰炸蛋
  • 9.据说成功的苏格兰炸蛋是这样:对半切开,肉馅熟了,里面的鹌鹑蛋流出蛋黄(第一次做,不是那么成功,但是味道还不错)
