Steps to make 拒绝食品添加剂——【草莓果酱】

  • 1.草莓洗净去水分,对切成四小块(视草莓大小而定)
  • 2.加入细砂糖,用筷子拌匀,使草莓均匀附上砂糖
  • 3.盖上盖子或包上保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏24小时
  • 4.取出冷藏好的草莓,这时草莓的水分已渗出
  • 5.将草莓连同渗出的水分一起入锅,大火翻炒
  • 6.翻炒至草莓变软转中火慢慢熬干
  • 7.待煮至浓稠时关火,加入柠檬汁搅拌均匀就可以了,将制作好的果酱装入干净的容器里,密封放入冰箱冷藏
