Steps to make 姜撞奶

  • 1.姜洗净去皮。
  • 2.切成小块放入搅拌器。
  • 3.搅成姜蓉,倒到纱布上挤出姜汁。
  • 4.将姜汁倒入杯里,喜欢辣点可以多放姜汁,小孩不喜辣少放点。
  • 5.牛奶倒入奶锅,加白砂糖搅拌均匀,开小火煮至70度左右,锅边开始有一丁点小泡就要马上关火。
  • 6.将热牛奶冲到姜汁里,这个冲要有一定的高度,快手冲进去,粤语叫“撞”。
  • 7.盖上盖子焖几分钟。
  • 8.像豆花一样凝固表示成功。
