Steps to make 韩式海鲜煎饼

  • 1.准备材料,葱切段,虾去壳去虾线,蟹肉棒一切为二。
  • 2.将面粉,糯米粉,水,鸡蛋放入一个大碗中。
  • 3.搅拌至均匀无颗粒。
  • 4.锅中加入少量油,中火烧热。
  • 5.倒入一半的面糊,铺上葱段。
  • 6.铺上蟹肉棒和虾,倒上剩余的一半面糊。
  • 7.煎至两面金黄即可。
  • 8.将酱油,醋,糖,芝麻,辣椒碎放在小碗中调成蘸酱。
