  • 1.准备好的基围虾。
  • 2.开背去虾线清洗干净。
  • 3.泡好的粉丝在开水里煮一下捞出放凉水里待用。
  • 4.蒜蓉和姜粒都提前准备好。
  • 5.油温热时放入一部分蒜蓉和生姜。
  • 6.炸至金黄连油一并倒出。
  • 7.粉丝沥干水份装盘用盐生抽胡椒拌匀。
  • 8.摆上虾淋上蒜蓉油撒上没炸的生蒜蓉上锅蒸。
  • 9.蒸熟的蒜蓉虾撒上葱花即可。
  • 10.味道鲜美~
