  • 1.准备好主要的食材,昆布,柴鱼片,土豆胡萝卜,甜不辣等
  • 2.萝卜切段,约1.5cm
  • 3.削皮,最好有棱角的地方也削圆滑,碰撞时不容易碰烂
  • 4.文火煮昆布
  • 5.加入柴鱼片,继续文火煮
  • 6.过滤干净,加入味琳,淡口酱油,下萝卜,胡萝卜炖煮30~40分钟后,加入魔芋,丸子之类食材,熟后继续在汤汁中浸泡约1小时,就完成喽。肉食动物,可以加排骨和排骨汤,萝卜会更香
