杏子果酱
最近爱上自己做果酱,做各种水果的果酱,吃着放心,还能有真正的果肉,最好吃的就是杏子果酱了,别看杏子不起眼,果酱做出来可是棒棒的。配着面包、酸奶、水果、坚果哪个都是一道食谱呀,万能伴侣。

  • 白砂糖400克
  • 柠檬汁1/4个

Steps to make 杏子果酱

  • 1.杏子洗净,最好挑熟一些的,但不是指烂的喔。
  • 2.对半切开,去核。
  • 3.将白砂糖与现挤的柠檬汁拌入杏中,简单翻拌一下。加盖腌一小时。
  • 4.腌好后,取不粘锅开火煮至微沸并轻轻搅拌,放入保鲜盒中,盖好,放冰箱腌渍一晚。
  • 5.第二天,取出后可以轻易的撕掉杏子的皮,全部撕好,开火煮沸,煮5-10分钟,不断搅拌的同时将表面浮沫捞去。
  • 6.验证果酱是否煮好的标准:取几滴果酱滴在冷的盘子上,检查做好的果酱应该是浓稠度略为胶化,不易流动。
  • 7.做好的果酱保存到提前消毒好的果酱瓶中,用热水煮三十分钟控干,拧紧盖子倒扣,凉后放冰箱冷藏保存。
