  • 1.速冻草莓大约1kg左右,直接倒入锅中。
  • 2.秤入300g白糖。
  • 3.家里正好有桂花酱,加入两勺。
  • 4.开大火,同时搅拌均匀。
  • 5.烧滚后,调至中小火,继续搅拌熬煮。
  • 6.熬煮至比较粘稠,关火。
  • 7.趁热装入干净卫生的玻璃瓶内。
  • 8.稍稍冷却后,盖紧瓶盖,放入冰箱冷藏。可以存放一个月左右。
