花式吐司面包
喜欢掰着吃面包。感觉掰开吃口感比刀切的要好。这次做的面包口感特别的柔软,面筋也不错。自己做的面包一次比一次好吃。每次看见面包发的白胖胖的好开心。烤出来的味道更是香喷喷的。吃货的幸福就在面包里了:)

  • 高筋粉450G
  • 黄油40G
  • 牛奶220ML
  • 30G
  • 酵母粉5G
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 50G

Steps to make 花式吐司面包

  • 1.面包机和面 液体先放入 牛奶 鸡蛋 糖盐 搅拌融合好 放入过筛的面粉 设置揉面 程序 直到面筋拉出膜 放在容器里密封发酵二倍大
  • 2.发酵好的面团
  • 3.擀成一公分左右的厚面皮
  • 4.动物黄油软化好
  • 5.黄油抹在面皮上
  • 6.卷起来
  • 7.折叠一下 分为二份
  • 8.放在案板上 每份切三刀 上部分不要切开
  • 9.编个辫子
  • 10.依次摆放在面包机里 设置发酵
  • 11.发酵结束设置面包机烘培大约38分钟左右
