自从爱上烘焙以来,饼干做的很少,因为家里没有小孩子,缺少做的动力。商场里卖的种类繁多的饼干不管它广告做得再漂亮,基本上不买。趣多多饼干广告是铺天盖地的,听说好多大人也喜欢,那小孩子就更不用说了。这次做趣多多饼干,翻出早些时候买的烘焙用巧克力豆,看着长满了白霜的豆豆,才想起我已经忘记它好久了!现买也来不及了,正好刚刚烤了花生,就用花生好了。味道真的是很棒,就连我这不爱饼干的人,也是一连吃了好几块,拿到办公室那更是一抢而空啊!放了花生碎的趣多多,就像是张了牙齿的小鬼脸,一个个挺狰狞的。再不漂亮也不影响它的美味,的确是很酥很香。花生这个大众食材在美食领域里起的作用不容小视,它可以为我们的美食增味增香,在很多的美味佳肴中都可以见到它,真正属于小不凡的食材。

  • 黄油100克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 全蛋液45克
  • 可可粉15克
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺
  • 香草精1/4小勺
  • 花生碎80克

Steps to make 做个小鬼脸---长了牙齿的趣多多饼干

  • 1.低筋面粉135g,黄油100g,细砂糖50g,全蛋液45g,可可粉15g,泡打粉1/4小匙,香草精1/4小匙,花生碎80g
  • 2.面粉、可可粉、泡打粉放在一起搅匀
  • 3.过筛2遍
  • 4.黄油放室温软化,加砂糖
  • 5.打发至颜色变浅、体积膨大
  • 6.分次加入蛋液,搅打均匀;
  • 7.注意每次都要等蛋液完全融合后再加入下一次
  • 8.滴入香草精,继续搅打均匀
  • 9.将过筛的粉类放入容器稍加拌合
  • 10.加入花生碎(预留一小部分在表面装饰用)
  • 11.将拌合好的面团用刮板上下翻拌按压几次,使花生碎能够与可可面团融合均匀
  • 12.将面团搓成长条,均分成15克左右的段
  • 13.取面团搓成圆球
  • 14.用手按扁后码放入烤盘,表面装饰适量花生碎
  • 15.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度20分钟
  • 16.烤好晾凉后密封保存即可
